Christmas Day

We had a very Merry Christmas. It was a very quiet and relaxing day together. Logan slept in really, really late. When he first walked out of his room, he wasn't too sure what to think about the gifts everywhere. But when his eyes spotted a slide in the other room, he was sooooo excited!!! It was sure fun watching him and his reactions on Christmas. He was such a good sport. He loved opening one present, playing with it for awhile and then opening another when he was ready. It was nice not having to rush him along in order to be elsewhere.

We also received a surprised phone call from my brother Kevin, who's serving in Florida. It was sure good to talk with him, he gets home July 2010--crazy how time flies. We spent the day talking with family on the phone and on the computer. Sorry, there are no pictures of me...I was so blessed to be sick on the couch through Christmas weekend. Yup, I was hit by the the nasty swine flu. So here's my best word of advice, don't hesitate-get your H1N1 flu shot, it's not too late. It was a miserable experience.

Logan sure had a fun month of December from birthday party to Christmas. Too bad the other 11 months of the year aren't as exciting for him.

Well, this picture was taken at our ward Christmas party. Let's just say, Logan was surely spooked of Santa this year!!! If only you could have seen his face, he was literally climbing off of me. Maybe next year, he'll at least hold still long enough for a picture.
